Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Develop proof-of-concepts for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-ready solutions
- Drive patent development for emerging tech methodologies
- Present strategic visions to executive boards and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record delivering systems deployed at scale (>1M users)
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech interfaces
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term R&D projects
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight qualification preferred
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 tech implementations with measurable impact
