Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market disruptions to develop 2026 strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize R&D outputs with commercial applications
- Produce foresight reports and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with innovation labs and research institutions
- Develop KPIs to measure future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investor audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
