Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Vision strategic roadmap through comprehensive trend analysis and foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate next-gen solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Conduct high-impact scenario planning for geopolitical, technological, and environmental disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven risk/reward frameworks
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on 2026 industry paradigms
- Mentor innovation teams in agile futures-thinking methodologies and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized AI
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, Futures School)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-back strategies
