Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's 2026 strategic vision roadmap with quantifiable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Chair executive innovation councils and drive R&D investments in future-focused domains
- Partner with product development teams to integrate 2026 capabilities into current roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight findings to board members and key stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist strategy team
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution and future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic visions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3)
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementations
