Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies reshaping 2026 markets
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Design and facilitate future-state scenario planning workshops with global stakeholders
- Create 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational transformation goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof technology solutions
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in business, technology, or futurism required
- Published thought leadership in future-tech or innovation strategy (strong plus)
