Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or macroeconomic trends
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent
