- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 5-year market disruption scenarios

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership within tech or biotech
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio of published future-vision documents or patents
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
