Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and future scenario planning
- Proven track record of scaling transformative solutions
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in futures studies or innovation management preferred
