Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling exabytes of data by 2026.
- Lead the architectural vision for integrating Quantum Computing elements with classical Machine Learning models.
- Define and implement ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies for autonomous agents.
- Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, edge computing, and real-time data processing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
