Responsibilities
- Define the overarching technical and strategic vision for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the architecture of complex, high-scale systems with a focus on future-proofing.
- Collaborate with product management to translate 2026 goals into technical execution plans.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) and assess their integration potential.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and long-term thinking.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and strategic planning.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformations or futuristic projects.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in predictive modeling or scenario planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
