Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and strategists
- Identify emerging market opportunities and competitive threats
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships and venture investments
- Present quarterly progress to the board and key stakeholders
- Develop KPIs for measuring impact on future-ready business models
- Champion ethical technology adoption and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Proven track record in launching disruptive products/services post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Executive-level stakeholder management with board experience
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Fluency in future-gazing methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, horizon scanning)
