Responsibilities
- Architect Hybrid Systems: Design and deploy quantum-classical hybrid algorithms optimized for current and near-future quantum hardware (NISQ devices).
- AI Model Development: Integrate quantum principles into deep learning frameworks to enhance model accuracy and speed.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 technology stack, identifying emerging quantum APIs and AI breakthroughs.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical quantum physics into practical software solutions.
- Pioneering Research: Conduct research on error correction, qubit stability, and quantum entanglement applications in neural networks.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and researchers in the rapidly evolving field of quantum artificial intelligence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq. Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Google Cirq).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think abstractly and solve complex, ill-defined problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
