Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects to develop 2026-ready technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neuro-interfaces)
- Architect scalable systems integrating emerging tech with legacy infrastructure
- Drive innovation sprints with 5 multidisciplinary teams to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Lead ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Patent breakthrough innovations in sustainable computing architectures
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- Proven track record of shipping 3+ patented tech innovations
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Keynote speaker at 2+ major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Certification in Futurist Technology Strategy (FTS) from recognized institutions
