Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Computational Neuroscience with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record shipping 3+ breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AGI, or biotech)
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Secured $50M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and corporate partnerships
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
