- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Establish a dedicated R&D function to pilot emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 era.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on future-forward skills.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Engineering Management.
- Future-Forward Tech: Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on emerging trends.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading digital transformations in a large-scale, fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and define technical roadmaps that anticipate future needs.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
