Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines designed for high-volume data processing.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for the 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for efficiency, latency, and cost reduction.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure best practices in software development.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, specifically focusing on generative models and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and system design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
