Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology initiatives aligned with market disruption forecasts

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for novel systems architectures
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate and integrate emerging startups into innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders for funding approval
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technology adoption impact on business transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation portfolios
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Track record of launching commercialized technologies with >$100M revenue impact
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Fluency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., System Dynamics, Agent-Based Modeling)
