Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructures: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines designed specifically for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into advanced neural architectures, focusing on efficiency and reduced latency.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large language models (LLMs) for real-time inference and edge deployment.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable 2026 product roadmaps in collaboration with product and engineering leadership.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible AI usage.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or AI architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes) is essential.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, NLP, and generative AI models.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
