Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and deploy large-scale machine learning models and generative AI systems optimized for high throughput and low latency.
- Future Strategy: Conduct research and prototyping on emerging AI paradigms expected to dominate the 2026 landscape.
- System Optimization: Enhance existing neural network architectures to improve accuracy and efficiency in real-world applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products seamlessly.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Language Model Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
