Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of custom models to ensure peak performance and low latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI: Implement guardrails and safety measures to ensure AI outputs are fair, transparent, and aligned with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Knowledge: Proven track record of working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) and experience in prompt engineering or reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to executive stakeholders.
