Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting multi-modal learning models.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating Generative AI into core enterprise products.
- Ensure data integrity, model performance optimization, and security protocols across all AI pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with 8+ years of industry experience.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems for high-traffic applications.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
