Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product line, integrating emerging technologies like Quantum ML and Edge AI.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and development initiatives to improve model accuracy, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business value.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with current trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
