Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI: Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures that align with the technological landscape of 2026, focusing on predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Lead the Vision: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Bridge Theory and Practice: Translate complex research papers and theoretical models into production-ready code and scalable platforms.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring bias mitigation and compliance with emerging regulations.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI models with cloud infrastructure and legacy systems to maximize efficiency.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency, throughput, and accuracy to meet enterprise-grade standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Deep understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, and Computer Vision as applied to real-world problems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
