Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural architectures for autonomous decision-making systems in a Year 2026 context.
- Lead R&D initiatives to integrate quantum-ready algorithms into existing software frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Optimize system latency and computational efficiency for high-frequency data processing.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, ethics, and explainable AI (XAI).
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of machine learning models in production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
