Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and AWS SageMaker
- Develop robotic process automation (RPA) workflows using UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying automation opportunities across business units
- Optimize existing systems through predictive analytics and natural language processing
- Create comprehensive documentation and training materials for implemented solutions
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and evaluate new technologies for implementation
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders and drive adoption strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and RPA implementation
- Expertise in Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and data processing frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise automation projects
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and predictive modeling
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
