Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of ethics experience
- Expertise in AI/ML technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing ethical frameworks for complex systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with quantitative bias measurement tools
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
