Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech development
- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures and their societal implications
- Published research on AI ethics or technology policy in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience working with regulatory bodies on tech policy development
- Strong ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
