Responsibilities

- Advocate for transparency and explainability in AI decision-making systems
- Monitor global regulatory trends and adapt governance strategies for emerging AI technologies
- Lead stakeholder engagements on AI ethics initiatives across departments
- Drive continuous improvement of ethical AI practices through research and benchmarking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or governance with proven impact
- Deep expertise in AI fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong technical literacy in machine learning pipelines and data ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI
- Proficiency in ethical assessment tools and bias detection methodologies
