Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, privacy, and transparency
- Collaborate with R&D teams to embed ethical design principles in quantum algorithms
- Establish industry partnerships for responsible AI standards development
- Train leadership teams on emerging AI governance regulations and compliance
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Oversee AI ethics risk assessment protocols for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI governance, ethics, or regulatory compliance
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act frameworks
- Published research on AI bias mitigation or algorithmic transparency
- Experience scaling ethics programs across global organizations
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing and biotech AI applications
- Certified AI Ethics Professional (CAIEP) or equivalent
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical teams
