Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead enterprise-wide audits for algorithmic bias and fairness in AI systems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and ethics boards for emerging AI research
- Design compliance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems across healthcare, finance, and logistics
- Create transparency reports and explainability standards for high-stakes AI applications
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices and ethical deployment
- Represent the company at international AI governance summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with 10+ years' experience
- Proven track record in developing AI governance frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience leading cross-functional ethics committees in tech environments
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's implications on AI ethics
- Proficiency in conducting bias audits using tools like IBM Fairness 360
- Fluency in ethical frameworks (UNESCO, IEEE, etc.) and emerging AI standards
