Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in bias/fairness metrics for machine learning systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in technical ethics and philosophy of technology
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder audiences
