Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and safety
- Design governance frameworks for generative AI and autonomous decisioning
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical AI design principles
- Represent Nexus Horizon at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Mentor AI ethics officers across 15+ R&D centers worldwide
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or AI/ML with 8+ years applied experience
- Published research on AI bias mitigation or explainable AI (XAI)
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Proven track record of scaling ethical AI programs in Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's implications on AI governance
- Fluency in Python for AI model auditing workflows
