Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Expertise in bias mitigation algorithms and explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy
- Published research on AI ethics or governance
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks for ethical auditing
