Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven track record in interdisciplinary AI ethics initiatives
- Published research on algorithmic transparency or explainable AI
- Experience with quantum computing ethics a significant plus
