Qualifications
- Advanced degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI implementation, or policy development
- Proven expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML models
- Experience with NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI auditing tools
