Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits using adversarial testing methodologies
- Develop explainable AI (XAI) protocols for high-stakes decision systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with C-suite executives
- Author regulatory compliance documentation for FDA/ISO 42001 standards
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance across product lifecycles
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or ethics compliance at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on algorithmic fairness
- Certified in ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Fluency in Python and ML interpretability libraries (SHAP, LIME)
