Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks

- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance strategies
- Create transparency mechanisms for AI decision-making processes
- Train and mentor teams on responsible AI development practices
- Author public-facing ethics reports and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or governance
- Technical proficiency in machine learning systems and data structures
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
