Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits of machine learning models and datasets
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for generative AI applications
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations
- Create ethics training programs for engineering teams
- Research emerging ethical challenges in AI deployment
- Represent the company in industry ethics forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ML ethics, or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience developing AI ethics policies for large-scale deployments
- Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
