Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 technology roadmap
- Conduct risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Lead cross-functional committees on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Advise C-suite on policy implications of emerging AI regulations
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycle
- Represent the organization in global AI ethics forums and working groups
- Monitor and report on evolving ethical standards in AI deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Experience with bias auditing tools for large language models
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (strongly preferred)
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across diverse industries
