Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven experience building ethical AI frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Fluency in Python for AI model auditing workflows
