Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing transparent AI decision systems
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI legislation
- Establish ethical review boards for AI deployment approval processes
- Create industry-leading AI ethics training programs for technical teams
- Represent the company at global AI ethics policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or regulatory compliance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global standards
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000, Asilomar Principles)
- Strong background in data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
