Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI systems
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Author governance documentation for regulatory submissions (FDA, FTC, GDPR)
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product roadmaps and engineering practices
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and global standards evolution
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI implementation and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical tech leadership
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001)
- Proven experience bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Strong background in healthcare or public sector AI applications
- Published research or policy contributions in AI ethics
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
