Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with global standards (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development pipelines
- Advocate for human-centric AI design through stakeholder workshops and policy briefings
- Monitor emerging regulations and update governance protocols proactively
- Lead incident response protocols for AI system failures or ethical breaches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST, IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience conducting algorithmic bias assessments and mitigation strategies
- Strong technical aptitude to interface with AI development teams
- Certification in AI Ethics or Governance (e.g., IEEE CAI, EIT Digital)
