Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI design principles
- Author technical documentation for AI transparency and explainability requirements
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and advise product roadmaps for compliance
- Partner with legal teams to establish audit trails for high-stakes AI decisions
- Represent the company in industry coalitions shaping AI ethics standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for ML systems and NLP models
- Proficiency with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with participatory design methodologies for stakeholder engagement
- Published research in AI ethics or technology governance (strongly preferred)
- Strong programming skills in Python for bias assessment tooling
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CDE, CIPM)
