Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Strong policy development experience with technical documentation
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical teams
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics Certificate)
- Experience working with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
