Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder engagement on ethical AI practices with internal teams and external partners
- Establish continuous monitoring protocols for AI system fairness and transparency
- Create educational materials to promote ethical AI awareness across the organization
- Advise on policy development for responsible AI deployment in regulated industries
- Represent the company in industry forums on AI ethics standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven experience designing bias mitigation strategies for ML models
- Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Published research or practical experience in algorithmic fairness
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
