Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and emerging global standards
- Conduct risk assessments and bias audits for high-stakes AI systems in healthcare, finance, and autonomous technologies
- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making processes
- Create ethical guidelines for generative AI deployment, focusing on content authenticity and misinformation prevention
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to evaluate AI project compliance and ethical implications
- Author industry thought leadership on AI governance and contribute to regulatory dialogues
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Law, Public Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI implementation, or regulatory compliance
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, Google AI Ethics Certificate)
- Proven track record of developing organizational AI ethics policies
- Experience with AI audit methodologies and compliance frameworks
