- Design transparent AI explainability protocols for regulatory compliance
- Monitor emerging global AI regulations and advise on strategic adaptation
- Create educational materials for stakeholders on responsible AI implementation
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical principles in AI development lifecycles
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, regulatory affairs, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other emerging frameworks
- Strong background in machine learning model auditing techniques
- Experience working with autonomous systems or generative AI
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
