Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI deployment for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop predictive risk models for emerging AI existential threats
- Collaborate with UN tech committees and global AI policy bodies
- Establish corporate AI ethics standards exceeding regulatory requirements
- Train leadership teams on ethical AI deployment strategies
- Pioneer research on AI consciousness alignment and value alignment
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ML ethics, or tech policy leadership
- Published research in AI ethics or existential risk mitigation
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI policy
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and AGI implications
- Fluency in multiple languages preferred for global collaboration
