Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in implementing AI ethics frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, state-level AI laws)
- Strong background in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Experience with explainable AI (XAI) methodologies and interpretability tools
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (peer-reviewed journals)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, EDSA) preferred
